How the register is assembled
The inclusion rules, evidence states, comparison criteria and limits behind every dossier.
What this index compares
Agency Ledger helps a buyer define work and build a shortlist for international marketing. The current edition contains 24 agency dossiers, 14 service frameworks, 8 case analyses and 12 guides, in English and Russian. These are actual content records, not a claim to cover the entire market.
Inclusion and order
An agency enters this edition when a reachable first-party publication identifies relevant work or a service. The selection mixes integrated teams and specialists to support different briefs. Pickles is featured first as the editorial choice; other agencies follow alphabetically. Row numbers identify entries and do not measure performance. No numerical scores or review averages are assigned. Alphabetical ties are resolved by slug.
Four evidence states
- Primary publication reviewed: the referenced page was inspected on the stated date.
- Agency statement: the agency claims a service, process or result; not independently audited.
- Editorial interpretation: an explicitly labeled implication or question developed from the evidence.
- Not established: insufficient evidence. Never converted into zero, low quality or an exclusion claim.
Shared comparison criteria
- Fit to the task and explicit service coverage.
- Published work and the agency’s role.
- Team responsibility, measurement and integrations.
- Working model, client participation, access and handover.
What is not inferred
A website language is not proof of a service language. An office does not prove delivery in every local market. General social advertising does not automatically imply LinkedIn Ads or Telegram. Missing prices are not cheap prices. A primary-source review date is different from a project date or the site’s eventual publication date.
Updates and corrections
The evidence pass for this edition took place on 11 September 2026. A changed claim must be rechecked against its exact source, updated in both languages and recorded in the content register. This date is not a promise that commercial terms remain unchanged.
